I have been going to Paw Prints for many years now. These are awesome doctors!! I have never been anywhere that they care as much about your pet as they do. I almost always get a phone call after vaccinations to make sure they're doing OK. Dr. Cousins has gone above and beyond working with me on a rather unusual issue with one of my cats. Very highly recommend!!

Dr Charlie and his staff treated my dog as if it were their own. Highly impressed!

All 3 Vet's are GREAT!! They are very compassionate and treat my dogs like their own! They are even good with my Rat Terrier who is aggressive, they gently muzzle her, make the exam quick, and then the muzzle is right back off, the stress level is almost 0 (which is big for us). Highly Recommend!

The most caring people in the world. They love our little dachshunds and have helped us make the hard decision when we had too. Given us so many more years with our dogs than we ever thought we would have. Love the whole office!

We started going to Paw Prints about 10 years ago and have been going there ever since. One of the main reasons we go there is because of Dr. Eddie...

My dog of 9 years was having very serious problems. I called my usual vet and they could not "fit him in". I called Paw prints around 745 last Wednesday morning, told them what was going on and the receptionist asked that I be there at 830. I took my baby in and it turned out that he was having major complications and the best option for him was not him coming home with me. Dr. Cousins and the nurse that seen my baby were absolutely wonderful. They hugged me, held my hand, even almost cried with me. Even the staff at the desk were so very sweet and gave me their condolences. Although my first visit here wasn't under best circumstances, I am so very thankful that this is where I took my baby. They have since then sent a card thanking me for allowing them to care for my baby and another card with the sweetest message and told me I made the right decision. I will be eternally grateful for their love compassion and care they showed for my baby. Highly thinking about switching and making this my new vets office!

First, I want to say that I've never had a Facebook account. I just now created one for the sole purpose of commenting on this site. I took my sick cat, Quo, to Paw Prints and was devastated to find out she had an inoperable stomach tumor and there was no alternative but to put her down. It caught me completely by surprise; I was such an emotional wreck I didn't even stay to watch the procedure.
That was a little over a week ago. Today I received a card from them in the mail expressing their condolences. That they would do such a thing to personally send me a card touched me. It shows that they truly care about pets, as well as the people who have them. I can't recommend them enough. Hell, I opened up a Facebook account just to do that. LOL
Thank you very much for the card, Paw Prints. I'd vote 6 stars for you if I could.

Dr. Baer was incredibly kind to myself and my baby boy Dozo on his first ever vet trip. He even called to check up on Dozo a couple days after his visit which really made me feel like we picked a good place for our pet to be treated at. Thanks so much paw prints!

We had to make a hard decision to put our husky named Blue down....she was having more bad days than good. We decided to take her to Paw Prints, because family of ours referred us to go to them. It was a rough moment for my husband and me. Everyone seemed very kind and were very gentle with Blue....which I was so happy, because she was yelping in pain when her last vet would try to make her stand up and was yelping in pain when they took her in the back where I couldn't see her. Paw prints let us stay by her side the whole time though. They even sent us a sweet card... which really made me want to write a review even more. We want them to know we appreciate the card and them. It's been a hard week without our sweet Blue, but that card made our day today. Thank you Paw Prints....I will always recommend anyone to go here!

I love this hospital. The entire staff is great, I've been coming here since before they moved to their second location. Great job for always making my rescue & personal babies happy & healthy.

I was hesitant to have an appointment in the middle of my workday, but they were right on schedule, gave me full attention, and got me back to my office in no time. And I have a very happy 4-legged friend to boot!

I have been using Dr. Critten, for 15 years or more as my vet since he started his practice. He and Dr Cousin I would highly recommend. Very good vets.

They are the best. They took good care of my pom after being hit by a car. The staff and dr were so good at calming me down and letting me know that my baby was going to be ok.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with questions I had when I took my dog and cat there to get up to date on vaccines. The prices are also fair for the services my pets needed. Saturdays are chaotic, and they seem focused on doing the best they can to see everyone possible.

Had our youngest Yorkie in for pain that he was having in one of his knees yesterday. Dr. Elledge did a whiz bang job of examining him from head to toe and everything in between. It was determined that he has luxating knees...the left kneecap is worse than the right one. An anti-inflammatory is helping! LOVE that Dr. Elledge did not make me feel like we were being rushed in any way (and they were really really busy yesterday). "Erin", who assisted her, is just the best at what she does, and is right where she needs to be. THANKS for getting us in on such short notice "ladies at the front desk"...YOU ROCK! As always, our experience at Paw Prints Animal Hospital was positive in every way...

Paw Prints is amazing. I know they truly care about my fur babies. Before coming to Paw Prints, my husband and I took our animals to another vet who would make you feel like you were a terrible person for your pet to be sick or in pain. The final straw was when my youngest cat became very ill and required hospitalization and a blood transfusion. During one of his followups, the vet didn't even come in the room to see if I had questions or concerns. Rather, the tech had to keep running back and forth to get the answers for my questions. This has never happened at Paw Prints. They have reassured me that there are some things that some animals are predisposed to and have offered some suggestions to help with any issues. When blood work had to be done on my older cat, the doctor personally called with the results. Paw Prints is a great place to take your fur babies.

We love Paw Prints! From the receptionist, vet techs and all the Vets...they are all so caring!! We appreciate all they have done for us over the years with our pets with the most recent being our outdoor cat, Houdini!! He went missing for 2 weeks back in April and came home with a terrible bite/infection to his back foot. Their quick response and dedication at the end of the day saved his foot. He is on his way to recovery and we are blessed for their knowledge and care for all animals!! THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO!!!
