Thank you for always being there for us and our boys these past 14 years. You have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for your many kindnesses as each little boy has crossed The Rainbow Bridge during these past years. As soon as our hearts mend and we are stronger we will see you again. The Hartley Family

So thankful for this place. I had an emergency with my puppy and they welcomed me there although it was time to close and they took care of my Oscar. I can tell they are caring when it comes to animals and I appreciate them so much. I highly recommend.

The vets have always been helpful, professional, and kind... however, the staff is very hit or miss. Following a wonderfully handled bad experience where they diagnosed our dog and very humanely ended her suffering we have been in contact all week about boarding our other dog next week. Paw Prints requires a bordetella vaccine be within the last 6 months to be valid. We were told that because our dog has been seen here before that we wouldn’t need an appointment or dr visit just to receive a vaccine. Well, we brought the dog and made a visit... only to find out that we had been misinformed.

No attempt to make right what they screwed up... it’s better to have me leave upset and go where I should have gone for vaccines anyway - the Greenville Humane Society. They are cheaper, and things like this don’t happen.

So, I highly recommend the vets at paw prints... just be prepared to get questions concerning their processes and services answered incorrectly and them not do anything to correct their mistakes.
