When my Yorkie was extremely ill and needed emergency surgery a few months ago, Paw Prints came to the rescue and saved her life. Eternally grateful for the Drs and staff who cared and watched over my baby like one of their own. Because of them I still have her to have and love for many more years!!! . Thank you Paw Prints for everything that you do.

The vets have always been helpful, professional, and kind... however, the staff is very hit or miss. Following a wonderfully handled bad experience where they diagnosed our dog and very humanely ended her suffering we have been in contact all week about boarding our other dog next week. Paw Prints requires a bordetella vaccine be within the last 6 months to be valid. We were told that because our dog has been seen here before that we wouldn’t need an appointment or dr visit just to receive a vaccine. Well, we brought the dog and made a visit... only to find out that we had been misinformed.

No attempt to make right what they screwed up... it’s better to have me leave upset and go where I should have gone for vaccines anyway - the Greenville Humane Society. They are cheaper, and things like this don’t happen.

So, I highly recommend the vets at paw prints... just be prepared to get questions concerning their processes and services answered incorrectly and them not do anything to correct their mistakes.

Paw Prints is amazing. I know they truly care about my fur babies. Before coming to Paw Prints, my husband and I took our animals to another vet who would make you feel like you were a terrible person for your pet to be sick or in pain. The final straw was when my youngest cat became very ill and required hospitalization and a blood transfusion. During one of his followups, the vet didn't even come in the room to see if I had questions or concerns. Rather, the tech had to keep running back and forth to get the answers for my questions. This has never happened at Paw Prints. They have reassured me that there are some things that some animals are predisposed to and have offered some suggestions to help with any issues. When blood work had to be done on my older cat, the doctor personally called with the results. Paw Prints is a great place to take your fur babies.
