Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The vet tech we met with was friendly and had a warm smile. The doctor was a nice, young guy that seems to care very much about his patients. They were both great with our kitten and didn't mind talking about how much something would cost each step of the way. They were very time and cost efficient. The longer hours are great. I'm very pleased with our experience and we plan to continue taking our kitten here.

We took our puppy to get her vaccines and the Vet and his assistant were INCREDIBLE! They were very patient with our border collie who scares easily and tends to bark a lot. Dr. C is phenomenal!!! Thank you for taking good care of our puppy while we were on vacation!!!

After spending a lot of money to take my dog into the ICU over a weekend for what was originally diagnosed as pneumonia, I was not able to afford the extra $2k that it would've cost for her to see a specialist to run the diagnostics after she was not recovering with treatment. With a broken heart and with very little hope I took her to Paw Prints Animal Hospital in Easley to see if they could do anything. She was seen by Dr. Cousins and he was very candid in the risk we would be taking by giving her prednisone since we had no idea what was causing her lungs to fill with fluid (because pneumonia did not seem to be the correct diagnosis that the hospital gave). I stayed home with her to monitor how she did just in case she made a turn for the worse. After coming back that same afternoon to administer her antibiotic shot I had let Dr. Cousins know that I had to return to work the next day, but I was afraid to leave her home alone. Without hesitation, he just told me to bring her in the following morning and he would be sure she stayed in a quiet spot until I could come get her in the evening. I can not say enough good things about Paw Prints and their staff, especially Dr Cousins. He took care of Kira as if she were his own pet. I am forever thankful for him and for saving Kira's life. Although, she has many more weeks of treatment, I am a lot more confident that she will continue to recover.

After having a relationship and trusting-with our pets to Powdersville Animal For 25 years in April my family experienced an unthinkable error on their part and I could no longer trust their care with my family. With our new Puppy I decided to make the change. I love all three of the vets we have seen, great excellent care. We previously saw Dr. Crittendon when he was with Freddie Zink.

I used Paw Prints for a few years and they've always been great with my fur babies. No complaints from me.
