My dog of 9 years was having very serious problems. I called my usual vet and they could not "fit him in". I called Paw prints around 745 last Wednesday morning, told them what was going on and the receptionist asked that I be there at 830. I took my baby in and it turned out that he was having major complications and the best option for him was not him coming home with me. Dr. Cousins and the nurse that seen my baby were absolutely wonderful. They hugged me, held my hand, even almost cried with me. Even the staff at the desk were so very sweet and gave me their condolences. Although my first visit here wasn't under best circumstances, I am so very thankful that this is where I took my baby. They have since then sent a card thanking me for allowing them to care for my baby and another card with the sweetest message and told me I made the right decision. I will be eternally grateful for their love compassion and care they showed for my baby. Highly thinking about switching and making this my new vets office!
